1. May I enter my plea and make payments over the phone?

Judge James does not allow pleas to be entered by telephone. Once a payment plan has been established, or if you wish to pay your fine in full, customers may call 1-888-604-7888 or make payments online (by clicking on the link below) - using pay location code of 8743 

here.

2. How do I enter a plea?

Pleas are accepted in person or by mail (when signature is notarized) from the person who received the citation or by their legal representative on or before the appearance date stated on their citation.
